DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Unblocked Games USA respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site to do the same. This site is a catalog that links to and embeds games hosted by third parties. If you are a copyright owner (or authorized on behalf of one) and believe content accessible through this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.
How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
Your written notice must be sent to our designated agent and include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the copyright owner you represent);
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g. the game title and, where possible, a link to the original work);
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the allegedly infringing material appears;
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Where to send it
Send complete notices to: [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL — replace this before publishing]
Please write "DMCA Takedown" in the subject line. Incomplete notices may delay processing.
What happens next
We review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the referenced material, usually within a few business days. In the case of embedded third-party games, we may also remove the catalog listing pointing to the material. We may forward your notice to the third-party host of the content, since the files themselves are not stored on our servers.
Counter-notification
If material you posted or own was removed due to a mistaken or misidentified takedown, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact information, identifying the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
Where consistent with our policies, access to the site may be terminated for users or content sources that are subject to repeated infringement claims.
